Content updates are unlimited — text, images, pages, prices, the day-to-day. What isn't covered is anything that's really a new project: a full redesign, new page templates, or new functionality like portals, dashboards and registration systems. Those get scoped and quoted separately, so you always know what you're agreeing to. Ask us what your site needs and we'll tell you which side of that line it falls on.

We start with an audit so we know exactly what we're inheriting. If it's built on something we can't safely maintain, we'll tell you before you pay us anything else — and usually the better answer is a fresh build, which costs you nothing upfront anyway.

Content updates are included. We're talking about text, images, pages and prices — the day-to-day. New functionality, a redesign or a new template is a project, and we quote those separately.
We monitor uptime and we'll usually know before you do. Getting it back up is part of the plan, not an extra invoice.
