All information is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding its accuracy, adequacy, or completeness. Your use of our Site and your reliance on any information is solely at your own risk.

2. No Professional Advice
The content on this Site, including blog posts and articles, does not constitute financial, legal, or professional business advice. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified professional before making any decisions based on the information provided on this Site.
3. Website Design & Development
Where we design, build or host a website for you, you acknowledge the following:
- Timelines are estimates. Any indicative delivery timeframe assumes we receive content, feedback, approvals and access when requested. Delays in those materials move the delivery date accordingly.
- Appearance varies by device. Websites render differently across browsers, devices, screen sizes and operating systems. We build and test to current mainstream standards; we do not warrant identical appearance or behaviour on every browser or device, including versions no longer supported by their vendor.
- Third-party components. A site may rely on third-party services, plugins, themes, fonts, APIs or payment providers. We do not control those components and are not liable for their withdrawal, breaking changes, pricing changes, defects or outages.
- Content you supply. You are responsible for having the rights to all text, images, logos, video and data you provide to us, and you warrant that our use of that material will not infringe any third party's rights.
4. Search Engine Optimisation — No Ranking Guarantees
We do not, and cannot, guarantee any particular search engine ranking, position, traffic volume, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Be cautious of anyone who does — search engines expressly state that no one can guarantee ranking.
Search results are determined by Google and other search engines using ranking systems that we do not own, control, or have visibility into. Those systems change frequently and without notice.
- Results take time. SEO is a compounding activity. Meaningful movement is typically measured over months, not weeks, and early work may produce no visible ranking change at all.
- Factors outside our control. Algorithm updates, manual actions, competitor activity, seasonality, your pricing, your reviews, your service area and the overall authority of your domain all affect results.
- What we do commit to. Performing the agreed work to a professional standard, reporting honestly on what was done and what it produced, and never manipulating a report to look better than the underlying data.
- Prior or third-party work. We are not responsible for the effects of SEO work carried out before our engagement, including any penalty, manual action or low-quality link profile arising from it.
5. Google Ads & Paid Advertising
Where we build or manage advertising campaigns on your behalf:
- Advertising spend is yours and is additional. Amounts paid to Google or any other advertising platform are billed to you and are not included in our management fees, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.
- No guaranteed cost or return. We do not guarantee any cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rate, return on ad spend, or volume of enquiries. Auction pricing and competitor behaviour are outside our control.
- Platform decisions are final. Advertising platforms may disapprove ads, suspend accounts, or change policies, formats and features at their discretion. We are not liable for those decisions or for resulting interruption.
- Account ownership. Advertising accounts created for you remain yours. You may request administrative access, and it will be provided.
- Tracking limits. Conversion measurement depends on browser, consent and platform behaviour. Reported figures are indicative and will not always reconcile exactly with your own records.
6. Disclaimer for AI & Automation Services
Our services involve the creation of complex AI agents and automation flows. You acknowledge and agree to the following inherent limitations:
- AI Output: Artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. The output, responses, and actions taken by the AI agents we build are based on the data they are trained on and the logic we configure. We cannot guarantee that the AI’s responses will be 100% accurate, complete, or free from error at all times.
- Client Data Dependency: The performance and accuracy of any AI solution are directly dependent on the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the data and information provided by you, the Client. We are not liable for any failures or incorrect outputs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete source data.
- No Guarantee of Business Results: We do not warrant or guarantee any specific business outcomes, increase in profits, reduction in costs, or other tangible results from the use of our services. Your business success depends on numerous factors outside of our control.
7. Service Availability & Third-Party Dependency
The Knowtific platform is a proprietary solution built using a combination of our self-hosted infrastructure and integrated third-party cloud services.
Self-Hosted Components: We use our own secure infrastructure, hosted in Australia, to run core components of our platform. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and performance of these self-hosted components. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by necessary maintenance, hardware failure, or software bugs.
Third-Party Cloud Dependencies: Certain advanced functionalities, particularly real-time conversational AI, are dependent on external, third-party cloud providers (e.g., Retell AI). While we have chosen reputable providers, we do not own or control them. We are not responsible or liable for any service interruptions, outages, performance degradation, data breaches, or failures that originate from these third-party providers.
A failure in their service may cause a corresponding failure in the functionality we provide.
8. “As Is” and “As Available” Disclaimer
The Site and our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited — at our option — to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.
10. Limitation of Liability
Subject to section 9, under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind (including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption) incurred as a result of the use of our Site or Services or your reliance on any information provided. Your use of our services is solely at your own risk.
