Square Flooring sells to two different worlds from one website.
Retail customers browsing a catalogue, and builders on wholesale pricing who need an account. We rebuilt the site, then built the software behind it: trade account registration, a secure builder portal with its own pricing, an online quote system, an admin dashboard, and an internal CRM where quotes and messages land and trade applications get approved.
Then we wired analytics so every quote request and every registration fires a tracked event — which is what makes the SEO and the ad spend answerable.
